Today, I enjoyed running in the afternoon, I saw an old man walking on a bridge, which is on my running course.
The man picked up some tiny garbage like cigarette on the bridge, so I thought he is a man of integrity.
But, then, he threw it into the river!!
I totally misunderstood him and thought he should be ashamed of himself...

It was really cold today and probably the coldest day in this winter.
But my wife and I had hot curry udon tonight, so I felt hot and slightly sweated...
Speaking of curry, I ate it for the first time this year!
It tasted great!!

I wasn't at work today and most of people also enjoyed holiday.
I remembered that I haven't taken a day off since January 4 till yesterday.
And I had to work overtime until around midnight every day...

Today is a Coming-oｆ-Age day, I have nothing to do with it though. Anyway, it's a holiday.
I gave running a try for the first time in 2012.
It's fine, calm and a little warm... I could enjoy running in the morning.
During the running, I stopped on a bridge, looking at the west.
Fine day with no cloud.
It was so fun, but after finishing running, I had to go to my office and worked until 10:00p.m. I'm sick of it!!
